Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods โ Refund Limitation
SeerMaster delivers personalized digital reports. Once analysis has begun (i.e., your PDF has been compiled or the report content has been generated), refunds are limited under Korean e-commerce law (Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5).
2. Eligible Refund Cases
- Non-delivery due to our fault: If we fail to deliver your report within 7 days of payment.
- Duplicate charges: Accidental double billing.
- Pre-analysis cancellation: Within 1 hour of payment AND before analysis has started.
- Technical failure: Our system is unable to generate your report (and reissue is not possible).
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@seermaster.com within 7 days of payment with:
- Payment email address
- Date and amount of purchase
- Order ID or PayPal receipt
- Reason for refund
We will respond within 3 business days. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Toss / PayPal / Bank). Final settlement may take 3โ7 business days depending on the payment processor.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Report has already been delivered and viewed (except for our fault).
- Dissatisfaction with the interpretation result (subjective).
- Errors caused by inaccurate input data (date, time, etc.).
- Requests made more than 7 days after payment.
